Program Introduction

In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, the ability to scale existing enterprises and create new ventures is crucial for long- term success. To address the growing need for practical skills and strategic insights, in collaboration with the Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Program (ESDP) Division of MSME, IIM Raipur is conducting two advanced training initiatives. These programs are designed to empower aspiring business owners with the tools and knowledge necessary for business growth and to launch sustainable new ventures.

Advanced E-SDP for New Venture Creation

The Advanced ESDP for New Venture Creation program is tailored for aspiring entrepreneurs who aim to transform their innovative ideas into successful businesses. Over the course of 5 working days, participants will gain in-depth knowledge of critical areas such as entrepreneurial marketing, financing, leadership, operational efficiency, and legal aspects of business. This program will guide participants through the complexities of starting a new business, from identifying opportunities to creating a professional management structure, while also covering essential topics like turnkey opportunities in various industries and corporate governance for new ventures.

Advanced MDP for Business Scale-Up for MSMEs

The Advanced MDP for Business Scale-Up for MSMEs is designed to support MSME owners and managers in navigating the challenges of scaling their businesses. This 6-day program provides participants with the necessary strategies and tools for expanding their operations, building scalable business models, and achieving sustainable growth. Key focus areas include opportunity identification, entrepreneurial marketing, securing finance, establishing global ventures, and addressing the unique challenges of family businesses. By the end of the program, participants will have a clearer roadmap for scaling their enterprises and managing the complexities of growth.

Objective

The objective of the program is to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategic insights required to effectively scale existing businesses and successfully create new ventures. By covering both core business principles and advanced, specialized topics, the program aims to deliver a comprehensive understanding of key areas such as opportunity identification, business model innovation, entrepreneurial marketing, financing, operational efficiency, and expansions. Participants will gain the expertise needed to navigate the complexities of business growth, drive innovation, and establish sustainable, high-performing enterprises.
